Tuna...is...wonderful. My daughter doesn't think so, but I think
it has to do with the fact it's difficult to chew for her. It's nommy.
And when mixed with low-fat mayo and sweet relish and spread on 1 slice
of bread, it's not unhealthy either. It was only 185 calories
according to myfitnesspal and I feel very satisfied.
Oikos Greek
Yogurt, however, tastes like butt. I hate it. I bought enough for the
whole week and couldn't barely swallow one bite...Still trying to figure
out what to do for breakfast this week...ended up skipping this morning
because I couldn't decide. Maybe eggs for tomorrow???
Big
family dinner tonight. I know there will be grilled chicken and
rice-a-roni for sure and God only knows what else...lol. I'm determined
to stay on plan today, so I will.
I will close with typing out a vocal warm-up I learned in choir in middle school...ahem:
I love Bumblebee! Bumblebee Tuna!
I love Bumblebee! Bumblebee Tuna!
Yum! Yum! Bumblebee! Bumblebee Tuna!
I love my sandwich made with Bumblebeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
